Modeling the Experience

Success of new products depends on viable business models. Too often the model is formed around technology or marketing. Incorporating the voice of the customer into the foundation of your model allows you to create delightful experiences while building sustainable products. This presentation walks through a business model illustrating how each element corresponds to a design activity. It will encourage you to think holistically about product development while creating, delivering and capturing value.
